About me

I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist with a BSc (Hons) First Class degree from the University of West London. I'm also a Leiths-trained professional chef, who combines the science of nutrition with a lifelong passion for food that tastes great and makes you feel good.

Before qualifying in nutritional therapy, I spent over 25 years as a Food Editor and recipe developer for leading UK magazines and brands, including Good Housekeeping, Country Living, Red, Prima, and M&S Food. That experience shaped my belief that eating well isn’t about restriction – it’s about widening your diet and understanding how good food supports your energy, focus and overall health and wellbeing.

My approach is science-backed, practical, and real-world. I work with individuals and organisations to make healthy eating achievable and enjoyable – from one-to-one consultations to workplace workshops that help people feel and perform at their best.
