3-month personalised nutrition programme £125 a month

This three-month programme is designed to support meaningful, lasting improvements in health through a personalised, evidence-based approach. Rather than following a generic plan or short-term diet, the focus is on understanding how your body is functioning and using food – in practical, enjoyable ways – to support both physical and mental wellbeing.

The programme begins with a comprehensive assessment of your current health and forms the basis of a tailored nutritional strategy that supports your immediate priorities while also building a foundation for long-term health.

Programme includes:

Initial health assessment (90 minutes)
A detailed consultation exploring your health goals alongside appetite, food preferences, dietary intake, digestion, sleep, stress, hormone health, physical activity, and relevant medical history. This allows me to understand not only what you are eating, but how food fits into your daily life.

Personalised nutrition plan
You'll receive a targeted plan with nutritional changes to support health. Drawing on both nutritional science and my professional culinary training, the emphasis is on optimising nutritional status through realistic changes that are satisfying, flexible and sustainable – without calorie counting or unnecessary restriction.

Ongoing support and follow-ups
The programme includes two 90-minute follow-up consultations over the three months to review progress, refine the plan, and build confidence in applying it day-to-day. Ongoing support is available between sessions via WhatsApp to help navigate challenges and maintain momentum.

Sustainable change
This is not a diet, but a structured approach designed to support long-term change. The aim is to broaden food choices, improve nourishment, and develop ways of eating that are both health-supportive and enjoyable. 

Sessions are available in person in Oxted, Surrey, or online via secure video call.
